Sales Representative for Central- and Eastern European Markets

Who are you as a successful candidate for the Sales Representative for Central- and Eastern European Markets role:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales, product management, or strategy
• Experience within the car industry, with knowledge of the car parts aftermarket being a plus
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English while Hungarian or Romanian is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel as needed for business activities

As Sales Representative for Central- and Eastern European Markets you will be:

• Maintain strong relationships on behalf of customers across various internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct customer visits, and promote products to expand market reach
• Gather and analyze market trends, competition, and pricing information to support strategic decision-making
• Manage sales operations by handling quotations, processing orders, and overseeing invoice collections to ensure smooth execution
• Support marketing activities, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to drive business growth

The company, based in Taiwan with its European headquarters in the Netherlands, has been operating for 20 years. It specializes in automotive components such as headlight units, side mirrors, and cooling products, widely used in service centers and garages. With a strong presence across Europe, including Benelux, Germany, and Central Eastern Europe, the company is continuing to grow and expand its sales team.
