Cost Coordinator Real Estate

We are looking for a Cost Coordinator to support the Nike EMEA Store Construction team. you will support the EMEA Store Construction team.

It is a temporary role till the end of February 2026 for 40 hours a week. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

As a Cost Coordinator you will support the EMEA Store Construction team, within the Nike Retail
business. Reporting to Retail Finance Manager, your main responsibilities include Purchase Order
Management activities related to Store Construction projects.

What you will do:

• Reviewing proposals and invoices for accuracy, advising Cost Managers of any discrepancies;
• Purchase Order Management activities (raising PO's, managing Goods Received and Invoicing process;
• Updating Cost Reports and Procurement Trackers;
• Support Cost Managers with various ad hoc administrative tasks;
• Focus on performance: understanding supply chain performance metrics, performing data deep dives and analyses, driving concrete actions to improve performance
• Other (financial) administrative tasks.
