As Supply Chain Specialist Order Entry - Order Book Reconciliation, you will drive operational excellence through execution activities to optimize seasonal order entry and order book reconciliation.

It is a role for 40 hours a week. We are looking for someone that can start as soon as possible. It is a temporary role till the 6th of March 2026.

You’ll need to bring a strong retail and supply chain operations background, process improvement mindset and a natural curiosity to explore and solve problems. To be effective, you’ll possess a passion for data and analytics, a high degree of comfort with ambiguity, an ability to simplify the complex and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Your ability to set a direction and to prioritize will be important.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone with the following knowledge and competences:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketplace or supply chain operations roles, translating into a good understanding of supply chain processes;
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a multinational consumer products environment, and a good understanding of consumer, retail and supplier/customer relationships;
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including excel reporting skills;
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure;
• Affinity with systems and technology like SAP and/or automation solutions;
• Self-starter who can manage working through ambiguity, with a hands-on mentality combining speed and detail with quality in ways of working;
• Team player with ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships.

As Supply Chain Specialist Order Entry / Order Book Reconciliation, you will drive operational excellence through executional activities to optimize seasonal order entry and order book reconciliation within the OE / OBR shared team. You utilize strong E2E operations, commercial and account facing experience to ensure effective KPI focus, business delivery to elevate service and ensure accurate OE & OBR execution through x-functional collaboration.
You contribute to initiatives and results towards Nike's operational KPI’s (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability). Flexibly move to provide your subject matter expertise in areas of critical business need across EMEA Supply Chain.

Below you will find more of your tasks;

• Execute Order Entry and Order Book Reconciliation for the NMP business with DSM and broader Supply Chain teams;
• Provide quality and on-time relevant information flow to create and maintain transparency and visibility across Supply Chain;
• Participate in x-functional discussions and alignment to ensure Consumer Code dates cohesion with optimal OE and OBR activities;
• Provide monthly and seasonal analysis of on time and accurate Order Entry and Order Book Reconciliation activities with performance improvement mindset. Work with wider OE/OBR team towards standardization and supporting tool creation/optimization;
• Contribute towards the Seasonal Execution strategy and operating model bringing expertise and a strong voice from the team;
• Work closely with your colleagues to identify and facilitate continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency of how Nike supply chain operates within the Marketplace through the lens of OE & OBR;
• Ensure a focus on Order Management with associated KPI's.
