It is a temporary role due to a maternity leave till the end of August 2025. You will work 40 hours a week. The European Headquarters of Nike are located in Hilversum.

Lead Marketing Women's Sportswear

You have a proven track record creating impactful digital campaigns and are comfortable communicating to a diverse set of stakeholder and levels. You have no problem working across multiple seasons at once.

As a Lead Professional, we expect you to work independently, have a strong strategic vision as well as drive operational excellence within the Women’s Sportswear team. You how to champion effective collaboration cross functionally. Your curiosity and drive will help establish strong partnerships with your direct team, as well as with other teammates. You bring proven project management skills, can manage multiple partners at once and are capable to drive work forward.

Below you will find more of the knowledge and competences we look for in an ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of creating impactful digital campaigns. You have no problem working across multiple seasons at once;
  • It's a huge pré if you have digital marketing experience;
  • You have experience in championing effective collaboration cross-functionally and are comfortable communicating to a diverse set of stakeholders and levels;
  • You can work independently;
  • You have a strong strategic vision and ability to drive operational excellence within the Women's Sportswear digital team;
  • Your curiosity and drive will help you establish strong partnerships with your direct team, as well as other teammates;
  • You bring proven project management skills, can manage multiple partners at once and are capable to drive work forward.

Within this assignment, you will be responsible for leading the Women’s Sportswear marketing strategic implementation and execution for our digital platforms (nike.com, Nike App, Email). You will play a key role in the Women’s Sportswear squad, representing Digital Marketing and our consumers in the best way possible. You will also be working with our global & territory (Digital) Marketing teammates to collectively work towards seasonal & 365 plans.

Below you will find more of your tasks:

  • Lead and optimize the seasonal & 365 Women’s Sportswear Digital Marketing programming, upstream & downstream;
  • Design best in class, inspirational digital journeys to succesfully launch seasonal innovations with impact;
  • Represent the Women's Sportswear point of view within both the Marketing and Nike Digital Planning Processes;
  • Collaborate with the Lifecycle, Targeted communications and Memberships teams to be an accelerant of the Women's sportswear priorities;
  • Drive the Women's Sportswear Digital Learning Agenda and measurement plan, to unlock the team's ability to get every member engaged and active;
  • Represent Digital Marketing in the Nike Direct Women's Sportswear Squad to connect and guide the team in delivering industry defining integrated plans;
  • Drive deep expertise on how to optimize the Sportswear Ecosystem, in partnership with the Women's Sportswear team;
  • Support junior team members to complete their work with excellence.
