At Nike EMEA Headquarters we are looking for an Inventory Operations Analyst! In this role you will work closely with the wider inventory team, supporting our E2E and Closeout Forecasting Processes leveraging the latest inventory and marketplace data, insights and capabilities to ensure that inventory is serving Nike’s strategic priorities whilst identifying and actioning on risks & opportunities.

For this role we are looking for someone with the following competences and knowledge:

  • High proficiency in Excel;
  • Experience with SQL and Python;
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role within a cross-functional or retail organization;
  • You have experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets;
  • Strong numerical skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven, ambiguous environment.

You have a strong aptitude for data mining, cleansing, and preparation with the ability to turn that data into actionable insights and compelling data-driven stories. This includes supporting our established monthly processes as well as ad hoc insight requests that come from both internal and external stakeholders.

You also have an eye for process efficiency, transforming manual tasks into automated workflows that support our inventory forecasting and inventory health management processes.

Alongside this and as we pioneer our business to function as a digital retailer, there are proof of concepts that we'd like to test within the capability space. In this, we need someone who is comfortable delving into the unknown and seeking answers to new questions within the business.

This person will work across our central and consumer focused processes, giving you will the opportunity to both shadow our Consumer leads as well as be part of the Analyst community.

From a technical point of view, you will partner with Product Management & Tech teams both at a Geo and Global level; from a business point of view, you will work with different functions across our Demand & Supply Management function, Logistics and Operations, Marketplace Operations, Finance and Supply Planning.
