Live Ops Senior Specialist

We are looking for a Live Ops Senior Specialist to join the Nike team. Are you ready to jump in and lead large cross-functional teams through the prevention- and resolution of incidents? This is your chance.

It is a role for 40 hours a week, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It's a role till the end of February 2026. Do you have work experience in direct-to-consumer retail e-commerce with a specific focus on operational project and process management? We are looking for you!

• Comfortable using tools such as Powerpoint, Airtable, Miro and Excel;
• Can bring people along with a positive and energetic approach;
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and easy comprehend action plans;
• Ability to move with speed and need of the business during peak and off-peak moments;
• Be a self-starter and manage ambiguity well. Manage ad-hoc requests in an independent manner;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to quickly assess and prioritize what's most important;
• Hands on experience in leading x-functional teams through the resolution of complex issues in time pressure environment;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in direct-to-consumer retail e-commerce with a specific focus on operational project and/or process management and improvement.

You’ll drive, manage and evolve the 365-operational support strategy for Nike's EMEA Commerce Platforms, across all our 30+ EMEA countries. Together with your Global counterparts and key EMEA stakeholders you’ll build and maintain a smooth operating model. You are responsible for the 365 Live Ops programming, establishing effective processes, policies and action-plans that help prevent incidents from happening. And if they happen, you will lead teams through these incidents, ensure they are resolved efficiently and effectively, minimizing the impact on Nike's consumers and business operations.

Consequently, you’ll organize all efforts to prevent them in the future. You are the lead that ensures that all x-functional teams have what they need to smoothly and efficiently do their work.

The Nike Direct Digital Operations team, support the day-to-day operations for our digital business. You
work in an exciting and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. The team works as a broader operations team with key areas of focus that continuously learn from each other. There’s never a dull moment! This position reports to the Digital Commerce Operations Senior Manager. In this role, you will work closely with Nike's core Digital Operations teams as well business teams, Technology, Supply Chain, Consumer Care, and Marketing to name a few. This role also interacts with teams in other goes as well as Nike's global team based at the World Headquarters.

NIKE EHQ is based on an inspiring campus in Hilversum. Colleagues from all over the world and located in and amongst numerous parks, cycling lanes and running tracks. Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
