Who are you as a successful candidate for the Marketing Specialist role:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and able to become a bridge between internal and external communication
- Proven project management skills, including planning and executing communication initiatives and events
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, Dutch is a plus
- Collaborative, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred
As a Marketing Specialist you will be:
- Assist in event marketing delivery, including project management, logistics, and event design
- Manage project budgets, vendor sourcing, and ensure project timelines are met
- Focus on customer experience and business objectives in event setup and execution
- Support online strategies and social media integration for events
- Analyze event data and industry trends to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with relevant marketing partners to understand the business environment and optimize events
