Logistics Specialist (warehouse operation) English and Chinese Mandarin

Who are you as a successful candidate for the Logistics Specialist role:

• Bachelor degree in Economics/Logistics or Supply Chain
• Relevant experiences in warehouse management or warehouse operational experience is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of WMS systems, Lean Warehouse operation, Project management is advantage.
• Good communication skills, written/verbal in English and Chinese Mandarin (proficient).

As Logistics Specialist you will be:

• Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, shipping).
• Team & Performance: Lead warehouse team and ensure operational efficiency.
• Inventory & Accuracy: Oversee inventory control and maintain system accuracy.
• Process & Compliance: Enforce standard operationals procedure and conduct operational audits.
• Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers on logistics and improvements.
• Cost & Optimization: Manage costs and drive process improvements.
