Customer Service Employee

They are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Logistics Employee with a passion for customer contact and logistics processes to strengthen our team.

• HBO working and thinking level
• Customer-oriented and practical attitude
• Experience with Excel
• You have experience as a customer service employee at a logistics company

• checking incoming and outgoing stock based on orders from suppliers and the warehouse
• providing timely status updates, feedback and advice to customers
• keeping all shipment data, shipping lists and confirmations up to base in the system
• provide periodic reports upon customers request
• ensure correct and timely invoicing to customers

You will work at our location in the Fokker Logisticspark, Oude Meer. Here you work in a young and fast-growing company with an informal atmosphere. There is room for your own ideas and creativity. We offer a full-time position with the prospect of permanent employment and work in a professional and stimulating team. You start in this position between 8:00 am - 9:00 am and work flexibly until 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm.
