We are looking for an experienced Business Process Manager who can build a process strategy and lead the analysis and design of future ways of working enabled by SEC for Nike's Digital Operations team.

It is a role for 40 hours a week. You will get a temporary contract via Randstad till the 2nd of January 2026. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

For this role we are looking for someone with the following competences and knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management, ideally in a direct-to-consumer or corporate marketplace role;
  • Proven experience in Business Process Management as part of complex tech migration program(s);
  • Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizational structures;
  • Ability to grasp technology concepts and operational processes and translate to easy to comprehend cross-functional process maps that set teams up for success in adopting change;
  • You are highly organized and able to influence across the matrix and be a leader of change;
  • You have a strong attention for detail and process orientation;
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced and ambiguous environment with a solution-oriented mentality;
  • Ability to work independently, drive workload efficiently and effectively as well as working in teams.

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Manager who can build a process strategy and lead the analysis and design of future ways of working enabled by SEC for Nike's Digital Operations team (to name a few teams: Merch Ops, Pricing Ops, Seasonal Readiness & Consumer Care). In this complex and dynamic landscape, we need a strong, resilient team player who acts as a bridge between technical teams and Nike's Digital Operations team. You will represent the team in various cross-functional, geo-global meetings and ensures a consistent and aligned workflow optimization approach and that sets our teams up for success in this ERP transition.

Below you will find some of your tasks:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in (re)designing complex business processes that impact ways of working across Digital Operations;
  • Analyze existing workflows and map them against new SEC workflows to identify gaps or misalignment;
  • Work with geo and global stakeholders to create new- or redesigned processes of SEC impacted workflows while maintaining a structured and standardized approach;
  • Connect, align and work with other subject matter experts across geographies to facilitate insights and best practices globally;
  • Represent Digital Operations in cross-functional meetings and workshops to identify connection points with Nike's EMEA Digital Operations Team.

Who you will work with?
- You will report directly into the Senior Manager in Commerce Operations (part of Digital Operations);
- You will be an important part of the Commerce Ops SEC EMEA team and will work closely with both the impacted Digital Operations teams and SEC program colleagues;
- You will also work with the Digital Ops global functional team based in Portland, Oregon;
- You will have interactions with the wider Digital Ops EMEA functional leadership team to provide critical program updates and gather feedback.
