We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated data and process professional to transform the
marketing planning landscape for Nike EMEA. The ideal candidate will not only possess exceptional
process and program management expertise but also have the ability to anticipate future needs,
identify opportunities, and proactively address challenges before they arise.

As the Lead Professional, Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing marketing planning
efficiencies across EMEA, collaborating with global and geography teams to drive impactful solutions.
This role requires a forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to see what’s coming around the corner
and to proactively solve, improve, and innovate processes to ensure Nike stays ahead in a competitive
landscape.

What you bring:

  • Proven expertise in marketing planning and operations, with a deep understanding of processes and workflows;
  • Exceptional process design and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail;
  • A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and solve problems before they arise;
  • Hands-on experience with planning platforms; familiarity with Airtable is highly preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems, and deliver results within tight timelines;
  • Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional teams, with strong collaboration and influence skills;
  • A strategic and agile mindset, with excellent problem-solving and Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them to diverse audiences;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams.

What you will do:

  • Analyse and identify operational challenges, designing innovative processes to optimize team efficiency and address potential future needs;
  • Develop and structure educational materials, including dashboards, training tools, and resources, to support process adoption and improvement;
  • Apply analytical and statistical methods to address complex problems, inform business decisions, and drive continuous process improvements;
  • Partner with the Platforms & Technology team to define functional requirements for process digitization and automation;
  • Support the implementation of new process milestones and enhance existing ones to enable efficient seasonal marketing planning;
  •  Project manage key strategic initiatives and Brand Planning & Operations (BPO) deliverables.• Leverage data and insights to drive measurable improvements in marketing operations;
  •  Proactively identify future challenges and opportunities, ensuring the team is prepared to tackle what’s next;
  • Ensure continuous alignment and clear communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
