Customer Service Representative Italian - customer service

As a customer service representative you're responsible for all (prospective) customers. You handle inquiries and complaints correctly by phone or e-mail. You will also be responsible for sales- , technical- and product issues.

You are the first and most important point of contact and you are the most important link between customer and organization.

You always strive for perfect customer service! You have great communication skills and are able to communicate in English and Italian. You always have your eyes on the result and you are stress resistant.

• you are a native Italian speaker with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken;
• you are empatetic and very customer minded;
• flexible mindset.

You will be the most important point of contact and you will act as a brand ambassador.

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht is the central point of contact in Europe and takes care of the needs of current and future Mercedes-Benz and smart customers. It is an international (42 nationalities!), inclusive, diverse and dynamic working environment.

• you will work from the office in Maastricht as well as from home
• the first 6 weeks is a training period, at the office
• travel expenses are reimbursed from 10 km one way; maximum €9.50 net per day or 100% when travelling by public transport
• free parking
