Who are you as a successful candidate for the Logistic Support Coordinator role:

  • Speak & write excellent English and have exceptional communication skills
  • Well-organized and accurate approach to work
  • Fast learner with good communication skills to easily connect with people from different backgrounds
  • Being able to perform in a high tempo environment
  • A (study) background in supply chain management is a plus, but not a requirement

As Logistic Support Coordinator you will be:

  • Provide information on the status of orders to internal colleagues in customer service, account management, and the courier department
  • Work with the warehouse CS teams to resolve customer complaints around order fulfillment
  • Manage order cancellations
  • Support the Logistics team with other administrative tasks

You will be working in a team of four people at a big international company in the city center of Amsterdam.
