As an assembly technician, you have a passion for engineering. Quality and safety come first for you. Also, you have (work) experience in engineering.
As an assembly worker, you are:

• Familiar with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical operations
• Flexible and a true team player
• Familiar with working via a computer
• Willing to contribute to improvements at John Deere
• You have good communication skills

As an assembly worker at John Deere, you will work on building tractors. You will do this according to the customer's wishes which makes the work varied.
Your duties as an assembler are:

• Preparing and/or assembling components or installations and mounting them on tractors according to drawings
• Perform quality checks on the assembled tractors
• Locate and resolve any malfunctions
• Working with colleagues to improve the standard work process
• Proactive thinking and identifying any anomalies
