The ideal reach truck driver is someone who enjoys working in a team and is detail-oriented. You are a hands-on person who is physically fit and comfortable working in a cooled environment (around 4 degrees). Below, you can see what we expect from you:
- You can start at our new warehouse from February 24th;
- You have a valid reach truck certificate or are willing to obtain one (free through Randstad!);
- You are available for a two-shift schedule (3-5 days per week).
As a reach truck driver at Smeding, you are an essential part of our logistics process. You ensure the smooth movement of pallets with fresh products, from receiving to shipping. Your tasks include efficiently loading and unloading trucks using the reach truck, accurately scanning products, storing goods neatly in our state-of-the-art warehouse, and reporting any discrepancies. No day is the same! You collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly, and customers always receive the freshest products.
