Smeding, a well-established company in the fresh produce sector, is expanding with a new state-of-the-art warehouse in Geldermalsen. We are looking for a dedicated warehouse worker who is eager to learn and willing to operate the reach truck. You excel in teamwork, have a keen eye for detail, and are proactive in your approach. You’re in good physical condition and comfortable working in a cool environment (approximately 4 degrees). While having a valid reach truck certificate is an advantage, it's not mandatory! We offer full training coverage. Furthermore:

• You can start working in our new warehouse in Geldermalsen on 24th February;
• You are willing to obtain a reach truck certificate;
• You are available for a two-shift schedule (3-5 days a week).

As a warehouse worker at Smeding, you play a key role in the daily operations of our business. Every day brings new and exciting challenges! You are a vital part of our logistics team, ensuring the smooth transportation of pallets filled with fresh goods. Your responsibilities are diverse and engaging, including:

• Efficiently loading and unloading trucks using the reach truck (training available!);
• Accurately scanning and registering products;
• Properly storing goods in our modern warehouse;
• Proactively identifying and reporting any discrepancies;
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an optimal logistical flow.

• Shift allowance Monday-Friday after 19:00 and in the weekend;
