Do you like working in a production environment? Are you detail oriented and precise, but also able to lift heavy stuff from time to time? Then you may be the production worker we are looking for!
LKQ Van Esch is looking for a full time production employee. At LKQ you will help produce paints for some of the most famous car brands.

- be able to see color clearly
As a production worker at LKQ Van Esch, you are responsible for mixing the right color paint for different car parts. You do this by following a recipe that tells you how many grams of pigments to add to the paint. So it's important you are precise and reliable! When the pigments are all in, you put the can of paint in the mixer. Watch out: these cans can be heavy! But of course you don't have to lift them all day long. After the mixing, you check if the color came out correctly. Then you and your colleagues move on to the next color, with a different recipe. LKQ mixes 300.000 litres of paint a year, so there is never a dull moment!

LKQ Van Esch is one of the main suppliers for car paints and lacquers in The Netherlands. They supply to big brands like Volvo, Scania and DAF. In addition to the paint production, they also have a warehouse for paint accessories that they ship to many other suppliers.
