Customer Service Representative

You will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. It is all about supply chain in this role. You will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns and you will process orders from customers. Problem solving is a quality of you! The workplace is Schiphol and the job is fulltime.

Are you a positive, open minded, positive person, and do you have a self-starting mentality? Are you a real relationship builder and do you pay great attention to details? We are looking for a teamplayer with excellent communication skills. Excel doesn't have secrets for you. Experience in customer service logistics is a preference.

• Minimum Bachelor degree or relevant experience
• Experience in Supply Chain tasks
• Excellent communication in English
• Hands-on mentality and used to work in a rapid changing environment
• Thinking in solutions
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint

As Customer Service Representative your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs and expectations. From our head office at Schiphol you handle supply chain flows to customers. The customer service responsibilities start with the receipt of our customer demand. You will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns. You are able to analyze infromation and advise for improvements in the process.

• maintaining relationships and systems that meets customers demand
• informing customers about the order status, invoices and contract balances
• supporting on the SAP implementation project
• provide support to improvement projects
• you handle basic issues and problems under supervision
