You are a motivated and passionate recruiter who thrives on connecting people with the right opportunities. With an in-depth understanding of the talent market, you’re adept at identifying both internal and external candidates who are a perfect fit for the roles they take on. Your enthusiasm for networking and sourcing shines through in everything you do, as you leverage your expertise in building talent pipelines for the future.

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • You bring at least 3-4 years of experience in sourcing and attracting top talent, particularly for hard-to-find profiles.
  • You are proficient in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and HR systems such as Workday and Hiredscore.

As a Talent Partner/Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Unilever's Ice Cream business as it transitions to becoming a standalone entity. You'll be responsible for sourcing exceptional talent, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth hiring process that delights both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Collaborate with internal Talent Partners to staff key roles within the Ice Cream business.
  • Advise HR and business teams on trends in the external talent market, across a wide range of functions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer, for positions at various seniority levels.
