You have experience as a communication coordinator in a dynamic, international company. You have a creative mindset and feeling comfortable in an proactive company with a nice team.
- minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Corporate Communication or Business Administration
- Business experience 3 years in a corporate communication job
- Excellent analytical, organisational and planning skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, discrete, service-minded team player
- Excellent communicational skills
- Proficiency in English - both written and verbally - is a must
- Fluency in Spanish, French or German is desirable.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
The Corporate Communication Department is responsible for the effective coordination of
all internal and external communications of the company. Think off, the mother company, affiliate branches, importers, employees, dealers, suppliers and customers.
- setting a communication planning
- writing and preparing press releases,
- briefing copywriters/agencies
- planning and coordinating corporate communication events
- supporting the team with creation and planning content for various channels
- monitoring media communcation about the company
- creation inhouse video productions with the team
- support all stakeholders in the day-to-day requests about communication
