Customer Service Representative Supply Chain

I'am looking for someone who can work very accurately and someone who can empathize well with others. Do you have experience in a Supply Chain oriented organisation? Order management and organising all the documentation with it, is not new for you. You are good in Excel and a problem solver.

The Customer Service Representative will administer routine customer order management activities. In this role, you will use your basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures. You organize all customer orders through multiple platforms and you contact the customer about status, invoice, balances and other information. Furthermore you:

• Receive and process straightforward customer orders across multiple platforms following standard procedures.
• Process low complexity change requests following defined policies and procedures.
• Explain basic information and inform customers about order status, invoices and contract balances.
• Process standard document requests and some ad hoc requests of higher complexity from customers;
• confirm final shipping and quality documentation to customer.
• Escalate undocumented issues that are not commonly defined or known to higher level staff.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
