Senior Operations Specialist - External Workforce

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist External Workforce to join the Nike team in the beginning of February.

It is a role for 40 hours a week till the beginning of August 2025. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

What you bring:

• You are senior in what you do: you have relevant work experience in program management;
• You are able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders;
• You have strong analytical skills;
• You have strong organizational skills;
• You have experience with contract management;
• You are fluent in English;
• You are strong in process optimatization;
• You are used to working in a fast-paced environment and international organization.

What you will do:

• Ensure External Workforce Visibility is provided for reporting;
• Monthly tracking: EWF population, costs and compliance;
• Ensure program performance by driving progress towards goal: Visibility, Governance/Compliance, costs, UX;
• Ensure supplier performance and execute SRM for program suppliers;
• Contract management for program suppliers;
• Optimization of end-to-end process to ensure of program performance;
• Risk monitoring: evaluation of program operational risks, carry out mitigation actions;
• Stakeholder support and escalations.
