We are looking for an audio-visual engineer to join the Nike team. Do you have 5+ years of relevant work experience and have you always wanted to work for Nike? This is your chance.

It is a temporary role till the end of October 2025. It is a role for 40 hours a week and you will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

As an audio-visual engineer at Nike it is important that you are a good listener and that you have strong communication skills. You need to be able to partner with and advise internal stakeholders.
You are able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. You have a research-oriented approach to fixing problems. You are capable of understanding various infrastructure problems, including those that may not have standard resolution methods.

You have project management skills and experience leading AV projects. You have technical writing skills for creating manuals and documentation. Furthermore, you have attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You are able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

What you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in media technology with 5 years' experience or 5 years of experience with digital signage (or equivalent);
  • You have QSC training level 2 and QSC control 101 and 201
  • Expertise in engineering digital signage solutions such as LED, large-format displays, projection, audio zoning and programming etc;
  • Expertise with A/V supporting technologies (e.g., touchscreens, video distribution systems, media players and software);
  • Experience with Windows and OSX as part of digital signage solutions;
  • Experience with AV control systems like Crestron, Competency in AutoCAD software;
  • Hands-on experience with installation and configuration of AV equipment;
  • Proven experience as an Audio-Visual Engineer or in a similar role, In-depth knowledge of AV systems and components;

You are responsible for the management of audio visual (AV) and meeting production services in support of company objectives. Includes the maintenance and upkeep of AV equipment inventory, asset management, media equipment and facilities as well as fixed AV installations at various company sites. May advise speakers and presenters on media alternatives. Delivers, sets up, tests, and operates audio-visual equipment for organization meetings. Maintains equipment and troubleshoots equipment problems.

What you will do:

  • Engineering overview AV installations;
  • Consulting, Developing, and implementing audio and video systems;
  • Nike works closely with other technical capabilities, like Windows and Apple engineering, to deliver complete solutions;
  • Proviing L3 and L4 supportl
  • Protecting, implementing and setting standards for the environment;
  • Responsible for the overall health of Nike's ecosystem;
  • Delivery and sign of AV-related projects;
  • Software configuration and implementation, Audio Visual R&D, new and potential products.
