Nike seeks a Layout Designer who will be responsible for the consumer and service journey, fixture layout for various concepts of EMEA stores. As a Layout Designer you are key to bringing the art and the science together by making sure business needs and forecasts are met in the stores design and layouts.

We are looking for someone to start in the beginning of February. It is a temporary role till the end of August 2025. It is a role for 40 hours a week, you will be working from the European Headquarters in Hilversum!

In the role of Layout Designer, you will be able be to adapt to various stakeholders and comfortable at managing expectations and great communicator to internal and external partners.

You are passionate about sports, the sports lifestyle and the culture around it.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Layout Planning, Retail Design, Architecture or related field;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp is a must, experience with Revit is a pré;
  • Ability to own and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent at communication, collaboration, project management skills;
  • You have experience working in cross-functional teams with a great problem-solving attitude;
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English;
  • You have experience in working with agencies and vendors, you are confident in presentation skills and following up feedback;
  • You are comfortable pushing timeline, budgets and scope.

Day to day you will have strong collaborations with Store Design partners and Brand Creative production in Nike EHQ.
You will have strong links with Visual Merchandising, Space Planning and Merchandising teams. Beyond internal stakeholders you will have strong partnership with fixture vendors and creative design agencies.

What you will work on:

  • You will work on various projects in various concepts simultaneously from kick off to store opening;
  • Creating the fixture layout, following vision and strategy created in the playbook;
  • You will be able to own multiple projects focusing on the fixture layout and consumer journey in the store. This includes product merchandising zoning and service journey;
  • You will be able to own individual projects while also being able to oversee agency's work and give feedback on projects at a high level;
  • You will be responsible for aligning with multiple stakeholders on store layout.
