Logistics worker, day shifts and direct contract

As a logistics worker at Johnson & Johnson MedTech (formerly Mentor), accuracy and focused work are important qualities. You enjoy both working independently and as part of a team. Physical tasks throughout the day are not a challenge for you. Experience or knowledge of Excel and Word is a plus. Here’s what we ask of you:

• You have experience in logistics or warehouse work. Having a reach truck certificate is a plus;
• You speak and fluently English and understand Dutch;
• Available to work from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 in Leiden.

As a logistics worker, you are a flexible person. You will perform tasks such as collecting and processing materials, both manually and with a reach truck. Experience with a reach truck is an advantage! Also, you will also deal with administrative tasks such as entering and checking data. So, you will work a lot with Word and Excel. Your task package includes:

• Loading and unloading;
• Creating orders;
• Checking inventory;
• Sorting and organizing buckets;
• Scanning and checking packing slips.

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is the largest international company in healthcare products, medicines, and medical devices. As a logistics worker, you will work in the warehouse in Leiden. Here, breast implants are made that are shipped worldwide. The warehouse is small-scale and you will work in a close-knit team, allowing you to get to know your colleagues well. There is always someone nearby to answer questions.

• Starting with a J&J contract of 7 months with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract;
