Program Manager

Are you an experienced Program Manager and looking for a new challenge? This is your chance. For Nike we are looking for a Program Manager: External Workforce.

It is a role for 40 hours a week, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It is a temporary role till the end of July 2025. You will work from the European Headquarters of Nike in Hilversum.

For this role we are looking for someone with the following knowledge and competences:

• A background in business consulting or external workforce is a big plus;
• Track record in project management: leading, working in cross functional teams, prioritization, communication, using tools;
• Analytical background, experience with PowerBi is a plus;
• Profiency in Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, Project;
• You are a strong communicator;
• Good business acumen;
• Used to working in a big international company;
• Retail acumen is a pré.

In the role of Programma manager, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Supporting external workforce program across EMEA, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver solutions to NIKE;
• Could include expansions, proces changes, performance management, gathering of feedback to action into process improvements within NIKE or external vendor;
• Management of the overall EMEA workforce program timing;
• Extensive data analysis and preparation of management reports;
• Able to discuss findings in the reporting and strategizing with stakeholders and/or vendors;
• Communication of program activities with stakeholders at all levels of the business and in different countries.
