No experience is required to start as a production worker at Refresco in Bodegraven. However, please note that this is an on-call position, meaning there are no fixed hours. Flexibility is a must. Are you someone who works precisely, values safety, and is eager to get hands-on? Then you’re a perfect match for our team!
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English;
- Works proactively and communicates well;
- Flexibly available on-call.
On our work floor, it’s important to stay calm and focused, even when things get busy. There is always movement and plenty to do. As an on-call production worker, you’ll be assigned to various tasks. For example, quality checks: Are the caps securely on the orange juice cartons? Are the cans intact? You’ll ensure the production line keeps running smoothly. And when the packaging is running low, you’ll quickly step in to refill it.
- Replenishing/checking various materials;
- Quality control;
- Cleaning tasks.

In Bodegraven, Refresco produces juices for companies and hospitality in the Netherlands, with brands such as Wicky, Fuzetea and more. They also handle storage and transport to the customer.
