At Smeding we are looking for a reachtruck driver. That is why we are looking for a new employee who has extensive experience in logistics. For example, as a warehouse employee. We also like to see that you are eager to learn. We want you to be able to start working as a reachtruck driver as quickly as possible. You will be trained as a reachtruck driver at the location in Breda. Once you have mastered everything, you will continue your work in Geldermalsen. Furthermore, it is no problem for you to work in a warehouse where it is 4 degrees. This environment is cold because you have to work on fruits and vegetables.

• You will be trained in Breda. After your training you will work in Geldermalsen;
• You can work in two shifts (07:00 - 15:36 and 14:24 - 23:00);
• You have a valid reachtruck certificate or are willing to obtain one through Randstad.

As a reachtruck driver you are responsible for the internal product movement. You ensure that goods are stored in the right place and are ready for collection and shipping on time. You collect pallets, scan them, and take them to the right location. You also store the goods in the system and report any shortages.

• Loading and unloading containers;
• Place the pallets with goods in the right place in the warehouse;
• Processing goods and defects in the system.
