Warehouseworker, EPT experience

Hello! Are you looking for a full-time role as a warehouse worker at a reputable company? Do you live in or around Schiedam? And can you work in two shifts? If so, read on for an exciting opportunity at Bidfood in Schiedam!

We’re seeking a warehouse worker with previous experience, though motivated learners are also encouraged to apply! In this position, you’ll work with fresh products in a refrigerated warehouse, so handling the cold is essential. We provide warm gear for comfort. You’ll need a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to handle heavy tasks. Additionally, you’re comfortable communicating in Dutch or English and available for 40 hours per week in rotating shifts.

• Able to do physically demanding work and can stand the cold;
• You speak the Dutch or English language;
• You are available full-time in shifts;
• You have experience driving an EPT

As an order picker, you’ll use a voice-picking system to assemble orders accurately. Your headset will provide step-by-step instructions, and you’ll place the items on roll cages, which you’ll then move with an order pick truck. The warehouse maintains a cool temperature of 7°C, with the cold storage areas below 0°C, for which you’ll receive an additional allowance.

• Collect orders via voice picking;
• Using an order pick truck;
• Preparing products for shipment.
