  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • You’re skilled in managing hybrid teams and thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • You possess strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • You have excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
  • You are available to work 40 hours per week.

As Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee a diverse team of service professionals, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Your role will be pivotal in driving team performance, managing KPIs, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

  • Monitor daily team performance and adjust workloads as needed.
  • Set and achieve team KPIs in collaboration with other Customer Service Supervisor and stakeholders.
  • Lead regular check-ins, 1:1s, and team stand-ups to maintain alignment and motivation.
  • Plan team-building events and contribute to continuous departmental improvements.
