  • You are motivated and very customer minded;
  • You have experience in providing customer service, preferably in an international work environment;
  • You are fluent in German on a native level and have good communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a big advantage;
  • A positive understanding of people and communication skills (writing and communication);
  • Excellent knowledge of German, both written and oral, at native level;
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and oral;
  • The ability to remain calm in difficult customer situations;
  • Empathy and a genuine passion to help the customer as best as possible;
  • An eye for detail;
  • Living in the near area of Maastricht or willing to move (relocation package is possible).

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center has many years of experience and a strong focus on customer orientation. This gives Mercedes the know-how to manage and develop global customer contact centers worldwide. The Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Center is part of the Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts Division and works closely with other departments and divisions to create the best customer experience.
