As a machine operator at Fujipoly, you enjoy working with advanced machines. Do you already have experience with cutting machines, such as a Zund cutting machine? That’s definitely a plus. Don’t worry if you don’t have that experience; you will receive comprehensive training on how to operate the machines. Mostly, it is important that you can work independently, efficiently, and accurately.

What you will bring to this position:

• A good command of the English language, both spoken and written. The working language at the site is English.
• An analytical, organized and thorough approach.
• Good knowledge of Excel, other MS packages as well as an understanding of how to use drawing packages to import drawings.
• Good communication skills with the team.
• Excellent attention to detail.

At a brand-new plant, you will work with machines imported from Japan. There’s a good chance you haven't worked with these machines before. The production of the materials takes place in Japan. In Eindhoven, you will process the silicone-like sheets.

You will be in charge of operating, setting up, and maintaining the cutting machines. You will perform maintenance tasks and ensure an efficient production process. With your attention to detail, you will help produce high-quality products.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing, producing and packaging the final product.
• Accurate completion of production records.
• Examining the quality of produced components.
• Understanding and complying with the Health and Safety requirements.
• Maintaining good communication with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Performing logistical tasks such as inventory management and packaging and shipping orders.

Fujipoly is an international company that focuses on thermal interface materials used in electronics. You will have around 600 colleagues worldwide in Asia, North America, and Europe. You will be part of a team of approximately 10 colleagues at the new European headquarters in Eindhoven. Fujipoly intends to expand in Europe. • A salary starting at € 2550 per month.
• Day shift work, daily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, so you'll have your evenings and weekends free.
