Merchandising Operations Specialist

The Nike Direct Merchandising Operations team support the day-to-day operations for both our digital and store business. We work in an exciting and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. As part of a broader operations team, we continuously learn from each other. Merchandising Operations Specialists (MOS) make sure we can bring our product assortment to our consumers across all Nike retail channels (Digital, Full Price, Value/Clearance channels) every season. This role is specifically focused on operational tasks enabling us to plan, buy and trade products in the Digital and Nike Own Stores channel of the Nike Direct EMEA business.

Each MOS supports a Squad that plans, buys and trades product across the Nike Inline marketplace. In this Inline MOS role, you are the Squad’s primary contact for all data-flow, contract, product information, pricing and operational matters.

• Each MOS is assigned to a Squad responsible for planning, purchasing, and trading products across the Nike Inline marketplace;
• As the Inline MOS, you act as the main point of contact for managing the flow of data. You ensure that all necessary information is accurately captured, shared, and utilized by the Squad;
• You handle contract-related matters, ensuring that agreements are properly executed, stored, and maintained;
• In this role, you are responsible for managing and sharing all product information within the Squad;
• As the Inline MOS, you are the go-to person for all pricing and operational concerns. You oversee these key areas to guarantee the Squad's efficiency in navigating the Nike Inline marketplace;

You report to the IM Manager. You will work within the Inventory Management team of Converse which sits in the Planning department.
The tasks are cross functional, with planners working alongside Marketplace Ops, Inbound Ops, Logistic Center Ops, Merchandising and Planning.
