Finance Assistant

As assistent manager financiën you have a attention to detail. You work to ensure that all vouchers, invoices and expenses are processed accurately throughout all areas concerned, including timely payment allocation.

Primary responsibilities for accurate and efficient processing of the company AP bills, expenses, and customer accounts. Provide support to all A/R customers as required, including emails, phone calls and escalation of matters as required. Project orientated and team interaction within the Finance department as well as within other departments across the company.

• Generate and distribute monthly customer statements.
• Input all AP bills related to products and cost expenses assigning to correct creditors and VAT codes.
• Support finance department with month-end closing.
• Support finance department with Company audit.
• Process and apply all freight invoices and assign to correct project codes.
• Process company expenses.
• Assist finance supervisor with monthly VAT returns.
• Maintain customer ledgers for outstanding CM / payments – send reminders as necessary.
