You have proven work experience in troubleshooting electronics at the component level. You are skilled in using advanced electronic equipment for diagnostics and have a precise hand when it comes to soldering, desoldering, and working with electronic components. In addition, you possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effortlessly with technical staff. You are a true team player with a talent for problem-solving.

  • MBO Level 2 (technical study)
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Good command of both English and Dutch, both spoken and written
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Self-discipline with a strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills

As a member of the team, you will be the first point of contact for returned products and manage the intake process with precision. You will troubleshoot technical issues, perform efficient repairs, and restore products to excellent condition. You will demonstrate your assembly skills and maintain the highest ESD standards. Additionally, you will handle detailed repair documentation, keep your workspace clean, and adhere to safety regulations. You will also assist with administrative tasks in our ERP system and respond promptly to first-level technical support requests. Ready to apply your technical expertise and organizational skills?
