Who are you? Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You have experience in both the logistics sector and customer service.
- You are flexible, particularly with working hours.
- You are resilient to stress, analytical, decisive, and meticulous.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Your speak and write in fluent English.
- Knowledge of parcel delivery, air and sea freight, and customs is a strong advantage.
What will you do? You will be the point of contact for various parties and interact with different departments. Naturally, you'll closely communicate with customers, but also interface with external carriers, the warehouse, planning, quality, and the commercial team. This ensures everyone can work efficiently and harmoniously. It's super dynamic with no two days alike!
- Maintain intensive and proactive customer contact and archive documentation.
- Keep and generate reports for invoicing purposes.
- Develop customer-specific KPIs.
- Handle and resolve complaints.
- Conduct IT tests related to new procedures/processes.
- Support projects and new client implementations.
Movianto is a major international player in the storage and transport of pharmaceuticals. They warehouse medications that can save and extend lives. Movianto recently opened a new warehouse adjacent to their current facility in Oss.
