Customer Service Representative English and Nordic languages or Dutch

• You are near native in the English language in combination with being fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages or Dutch;
• You have an affinity with computer software (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) or are motivated to learn;
• You have experience in a customer-facing role in a B2B setting;

As an Account Focus Specialist, you are responsible for the execution of the support to the Key Distributors according to the internal policies and practices. In this position, you will:

• Provide end-to-end support to customers and the commercial organization for a specific list of Focus Accounts. Build strong and trusting relationships with your customer base
• Reviewing customer purchase orders, placing customer orders into ERP systems, and ensuring any customer-specific requirements are included. Coordinating with production, purchasing, supply chain, order management, and sales operations as required to
• Takes ownership of service complaints, working with other key stakeholders to ensure a satisfactory resolution is reached, and putting in place preventative actions to prevent issues from recurring.
