• You have experience in production work;
• You have completed an education;
• You are available to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday and can travel to Leiden.

The operator ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment. You will be involved in the production of liquid medicines and work in a clean room. Johnson & Johnson's production department consists of six sub-departments, each with its own specialty in the production process. Read below for more about your daily tasks.

• Performing routine tasks and administration (batch records and logbooks) for accuracy, timeliness, and quality;
• Following standard procedures for processing ingredients and pharmaceutical products;
• Monitoring resources and reporting concerns or problems to supervisors;
• Converting and replenishing the production line and resolving machine malfunctions;
• Proposing improvements for a better work process.

• You will receive a shift allowance, 8% holiday pay, and a year-end bonus. The shift allowance is 13.5% for two shifts and 28.5% for five shifts. The salary mentioned in the vacancy includes the allowance;
• You start at Johnson & Johnson with a one-year contract with the option of a permanent contract;
• You get 36 vacation days and also participate in a good pension scheme;
• There is a pleasant working atmosphere, and you work with international colleagues;
• You receive 100% travel reimbursement if you travel by public transport. For private transport, you get € 0.21 per kilometer.
