Operator, direct one-year contract

• Experience as an operator or production work and are familiar with GMP regulations.
• Preferably a degree in life sciences or at least a completed education;
• Available to work from Monday to Sunday in the morning shift (07:00 - 15:30 PM) and evening shift (15:00 - 23:30 PM)

As an operator, you will be involved in the production of medicines, making a significant contribution to public health. Your responsibility is to ensure the smooth continuation of the production process. Johnson & Johnson's production department consists of six sub-departments, each handling a different step in the production process. Below, you can read your daily the tasks as an operator.

• Working in a clean room with protection clothes;
• Troubleshooting machine issues;
• Ensure that the production continues with assistance of production-assistants;
• Working with strict protocols (GMP) to ensure the quality and safety of the production;
• Administration: record production activities in batch records and logbooks;

• You'll receive 13.5% shift allowance on every worked hours, 8% vacation pay, and a year-end bonus extra on your salary.
• You will be directly employed by Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and start with a yearly contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.

• You'll receive 100% reimbursement for travel costs when using public transport. For private vehicles, there is a reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer.
