Are you the new operator for Bakker Barendrecht in Ridderkerk? At Bakker Barendrecht, we work in shifts. You will start as a trainee operator. For about 2 to 4 weeks, you will be trained as an operator, depending on how quickly you pick it up. During this period, until you complete the training, you will earn a salary of €13.68. After that, €14.42. Do you recognize yourself in the following aspects?

• MBO working/thinking level
• You are capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• As an operator, you are open to working in shifts
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English
• Interested in technique

As an operator, you are in charge of the continuity of the machines at Bakker Barendrecht. You will be responsible for tasks such as changing foils and stickers on machines that produce food packages. Your duties will also include fixing minor malfunctions. You will monitor various activities, such as the progress of production.
Also, you will:

• Register production, control data, resources, and materials
• Manage materials, allocate workstations, and address employees who supply and process the products
• Adhere to strict safety and hygiene regulations
