To be eligible for the Lab Equipment Technician position, you must be able to clearly motivate why you want to work for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. You are proactive, know how to work individually but also in a team. You can plan and know how to prioritize different tasks.
Writing protocols/reports, business correspondence and procedures is no problem for you.
You also have speaking and writing skills in both English and Dutch. Read on to find out what else we ask of you.

  • MLO/MBO or Bachelor Degree in a relevant experience or in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, SAP, COMET, TruVault and working with SharePointin.
  • Having worked in a GMP environment is a pre.
  • Have the ability to engage with personnel at all levels within the organization, build and maintain relationships

As a Lab Equipment technician you will mainly be concerned with document management and periodic reviews, while you support the lab so that they can focus on testing. You will be part of the support team. This Team supports the lab with equipment introductions, analytical method validation, eLIMS configurations and setting up maintenance plans in SAP. In addition, you will also be concerned with cGMP compliance and support the LEAN status of the team. For this position it is possible to work partly from home after completing on-site training.

  • Periodic Maintenance of Equipment for QC, maintaining the SAP system and replacement and/or introduction of small equipment, including the associated financial requirement (creating Purchase Orders).
  • Document routing, periodic reviews, and gap analyses.
  • Projects, being a team member but also assisting with CARs and small associated financial aspects.
  • Quality improvements in site systems, processes, and standards (leverage on existing and implement new technologies).
  • Being Subject Matter Expert during audits and inspections.
  • Adherence to compliance best practices, EHSS regulations and lean principles.
