Assembly worker

Do you have a passion for tinkering and want to contribute to a greener future? Then we are looking for you! For VDL Bus in Valkenswaard we are looking for a handy and motivated assembly worker! Experience is nice, but not necessary. If you can tinker well and would like to work, you have come to the right place!

Besides the fact that you find it incredibly interesting to work on state of the art electric buses, you are of course also very handy. You are available full time on day shift.
As an assembly worker we ask the following of you:

• Handiness and a passion for tinkering;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language;
• You are in possession of your own transportation, it is not accessible by public transport.

You will work with your team to build state-of-the-art electric buses. At VDL you will work in an ergonomically designed workplace where safety comes first. You will work according to clear work instructions and you can always count on the help of your experienced colleagues.

As an assembly worker you assemble parts such as the stop button, the interior, lights and doors. You seal edges and do both mechanical and electrical assembly. Assembly is done based on technical drawings. Therefore, it is nice if you have worked with technical drawings before.
