As a customer service representative in our company, you play a pivotal role in delivering service for cutting-edge "high-tech" products in our repair center. You'll address inquiries and resolve complaints about our products, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll assist in processing item returns and maintain customer relationships via live chat, phone, or email. Your responsibilities also include handling payment-related matters.

  • Handling complaints/questions about orders;

  • Managing customer relationships via live chat, telephone and email;
