Customer Relationship Representative

Do you want to work for a large distribution company that processes aircraft components? Do you have good communication skills and do you think customer loyalty is important? If so, the position of Customer Relationship Representative is just the thing for you!

You have an intermediate level of education and a passion for customer loyalty and retention. In addition, you have strong social, communicative and commercial skills. Reading and writing English is no problem for you, a second language is an advantage.

You are a real Customer Service multitalent. You are performance driven and have experience with quotation writing. It is also important that you can multitask and set priorities. You are also flexible and a real team player. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

You are responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with the customer. In addition, you ensure that the customer orders are correctly administratively processed.

• Maintaining relationships with customers worldwide
• Assessing and preparing orders and quotations
• Work closely with other internal departments
