Copenhagen has self-driving metros driving around, did you know this? Some 34 of these metros are going to be refurbished at Alstom in Rotterdam. You can play a big role in this as a team leader. That would be super cool.

You know how to get work done, take the lead and you are flexible! You have completed at least an MBO 4 education in electrical engineering/mechatronics. Do you have a VCA and forklift certificate? Great! If you don't have these, no problem. We are going to help you! You can also:

• take the lead;
• handle different tools;
• Find and resolve electrical and mechanical faults;
• read technical drawings;
• escalate when necessary.

You will soon lead a team of 6 people, including mechanics and electronics mechanics. For this, you obviously need knowledge of electronics and mechanics. Together with your team, you will be responsible for one metro at a time. Whether it's demolishing the seats or installing cables and electronics, you take charge and get to work with your team! You:

• will manage your team of six;
• completely strip the metro and rebuild them with your team after this;
• escalate if necessary;
• ensure that everything runs in good quality and safely.

You may not have heard of the name Alstom before. But Alstom has been the specialist in sustainable solutions for the railway sector in the Netherlands for 40 years. Internationally even for much longer. Among other things, they make and maintain control systems and train sets that we see a lot in public transport. Such as the safety systems for the Rotterdam metros and the trainsets of the new intercity trains.

• salary: € 2970 to € 4851 gross (your salary grows with your development);
