At Fokker, real experience is not a requirement for the position of assembly worker. What we do find important is a strong interest and affinity with technology. You will work with your hands and ensure that our assembly meets the highest quality standards. Of course, you don't do this alone, but with an entire team. You must therefore be able to work independently as well as in a team. Having your own transport is also important, as is the willingness to be trained for 2 weeks in Alblasserdam.
- You speak and understand the English language;
- You have your own transport or live in the region;

- You are willing to take tests to test your technical skills.
At Fokker in Papendrecht you work as an assembly employee. Here you work in a team to put together cabling for the aircraft industry. The wiring harnesses consist of different types of cables and connectors. You will receive instructions in English via an iPad on how everything should be connected. Once all the parts are connected, bundle them together and connect them to the plane.
