We are seeking a motivated and strategic thinker that speaks Manderin chinese and English, you are someone that likes to help people, have good communication skills and is pro-active in trying to better current processes. A customer-oriented mindset with high levels of ownership and accountability.
The ability to organize, manage, and prioritize work while focusing on results.

• 2-5 years of experience in administrative business roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, communication, marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (manderin); Dutch is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and proactive approach to improving processes and effectiveness.

As an Admin Business Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, understanding their goals and needs. Offer guidance on how to add value to their objectives and contribute to the overall business success. Manage cross-functional projects to improve spending efficiency and processes.

Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and supplier performance for assigned categories such as Facility Management, Fleet Management, Catering, and Events. Utilize deep knowledge of assigned categories to develop and implement effective action plans. Oversee the implementation of sourcing strategies and processes to achieve economies of scale and process improvements.

Work with the Hub Procurement Manager and Category Management team to manage local and cross-affiliate projects. Additionally, you will be involved in projects such as facilitating office operations, ensuring meetings can happen smoothly, and occasionally designing posters. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to function effectively on your own.
