What are we looking for:
- Experience in guiding a small team;
- Several years of experience working within a quality/production environment;
- Someone who has administrative skills;
- You master the Dutch and/or English language (spoken and written)
As the line lead of the product finishing department, you will have a supervisory role. The team consists of 2 to 6 employees. In this department, products are, for example, repacked and customized. This may involve adding a different sticker to the products or packing multiple different products into one box. This work needs to be done manually. It is crucial to adhere to the high-quality standards required here. You work with great precision and ensure the correct administrative processing. What is further important:
- Providing guidance and instruction to team members according to the applicable procedures and guidelines;
- Performing WMS system operations to support the execution of a work order;
- Packing, repacking, labeling, and relabeling nutritional products;
- Ensuring a safe and clean work environment;
