At Healthlink Europe B.V., your attitude is key. You are eager to learn and highly motivated to get started. Quality awareness and accuracy are important because you work with medical products. Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required. We offer the opportunity to take training courses for forklift, reach truck, or OPT.

What you really need to be able to do as an order picker is:

• Be precise and able to work independently;
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English;
• Able to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

At Healthlink Europe B.V., you will work as an order picker with various types of medical products, from small parts to large pallets. It is important to handle these products carefully. The work is not physically demanding, and the warehouse is clean and well-organized. You may be assigned to different departments.

These tasks are part of your role as an order picker for medical products:

• Check orders, add important documents, and meet specific customer requirements;
• Handle the receipt and dispatch of shipments; place orders in the correct location, either manually or with equipment;
• Manage incoming goods; accept, inspect for damage, and enter them into the system.

You will work as an order picker for medical devices at Healthlink Europe B.V. in their warehouse in Waalwijk. This warehouse is only five years old and includes five halls with different processes. Here, medical products are prepared for shipment to hospitals and patients around the world. Healthlink Europe B.V. serves about 150 different customers, and as a logistics employee, you will play a crucial role.

The team consists of about 90 colleagues, creating an informal atmosphere and a lot of diversity. Healthlink Europe B.V. is known for its short communication lines. You will have personal contact with the warehouse coordinators and your supervisor. Because you work in a small team, there is more time for personal attention. No experience yet? No problem; during your onboarding, you will be assigned a buddy who will guide you through the entire process.

• Working hours are between 08:00 and 18:00, with varying start times;
• Salary: up to 20 years old €13.68, less than two years of experience €13.80, and at least two years of experience €13.93;
• Travel expenses reimbursement of €0.22 per kilometer (max. 30 km one way);
• Accessible by public transport.
