We are looking for a colleague who;
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- Possession of a reach truck certificate
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Flexible, stress-resistant, and have an understanding of processes
The most important aspect of the reach truck operator role is the efficient and safe internal transport and storage of products, materials, and tools, while accurately recording the movements in the system using a handheld scanner. Additionally, you will be involved in:
- Loading and unloading trucksProcessing incoming and outgoing goodsBinding pallets using a binding machinePreparing packaging materials
This part of VDL is involved in producing components for, among others, the automotive industry. The company specializes in both mechanical and hydraulic stamping, bending, and drawing. They produce medium to large series, from simple to complex metal parts. Development is important to them, and if you perform well, they are happy to offer you a contract! You will work in small, friendly teams and they also offer you the following:
- Gross hourly wage €13.35 (€16.02 including shift allowance)
- 20% shift allowance
- Travel allowance
- Working hours for shift 1: Monday to Thursday 5:45 AM - 2:45 PM and Friday 5:45 AM - 12:00 PM
- Working hours for shift 2: Monday to Thursday 2:45 PM - 11:45 PM and Friday 12:00 PM - 6:15 PM
